Remote servicing for your IT systems

If you wish, we can take care of your servicing activities remotely with our online support. To allow us to perform this service, click on the following link and download the „teamviewer.exe“ file when you are asked to do so by an employee on our hotline. We will then provide you with a code that will allow a VEKA employee to work with your computer.

You will retain primary control of your computer, however, and can terminate the remote servicing mode at any time.
